Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

VYOList is operated by VALYGO Labs LLC, registered at 27 Paradise, Saint Thomas Parish, Charlestown, Nevis, Saint Kitts and Nevis (BRC: L24270). VYOList is a public token explorer for the VYO blockchain ecosystem.

2. Data We Collect

VYOList is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. Here is what we process:

Public blockchain data: Token contract addresses, supply figures, holder counts, transfer counts, and deployer addresses. All of this data is publicly available on the blockchain and indexed by our Blockscout explorer instances. We do not collect or store any private keys.

Wallet addresses: When you connect your wallet to claim a token listing, we store the connection between your public wallet address and the token listing. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous blockchain identifiers, not personal data under most jurisdictions.

Submitted metadata: If you claim a token listing, any information you voluntarily submit (description, website, social links, logo) is stored on our servers and displayed publicly on VYOList.

Server logs: Our web server logs standard HTTP request data (IP addresses, timestamps, user agents, requested URLs) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment card information, government IDs, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics services.

3. How We Use Your Data

Public blockchain data is displayed on VYOList to provide transparency about tokens deployed on the VYO ecosystem. Submitted metadata is displayed on token listing pages so users can learn about listed projects. Server logs are used solely for security monitoring, abuse prevention, and debugging.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. All token data displayed on VYOList is derived from public blockchains and voluntarily submitted by token owners. Our hosting infrastructure is provided by OVH (Canada). DNS and DDoS protection are provided by Cloudflare.

5. Data Retention

Public blockchain data is retained as long as VYOList operates, as it mirrors publicly available on-chain information. Voluntarily submitted metadata can be updated or removed by the token owner at any time by connecting their deployer wallet. Server logs are retained for 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request removal of voluntarily submitted metadata at any time by connecting your deployer wallet and clearing the fields, or by contacting us. Since blockchain data is publicly available and not personally identifiable, deletion requests for on-chain data cannot be fulfilled — we display what the blockchain records.

7. Security

VYOList is served over HTTPS with Cloudflare protection. All wallet interactions use client-side signature verification — we never request, receive, or store private keys. Token metadata is stored in a JSON file on our server with standard file system protections.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of VYOList after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
