VYOList is a public token explorer that displays information about tokens deployed on the VYO blockchain ecosystem (smartchain, nftchain, and VYOChain hub). The service automatically discovers tokens via Blockscout API, displays publicly available on-chain data, and allows token deployers to enrich their listings with additional metadata.
VYOList is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any token. Token prices displayed on VYOList may be manually set by token owners, derived from decentralized exchange liquidity pools, or absent entirely. No representation is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research before interacting with any token or smart contract.
The listing of a token on VYOList does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of the token, its team, or its legitimacy by VALYGO Labs LLC. Tokens are listed automatically based on on-chain deployment data. VYOList does not perform due diligence, audits, or background checks on listed tokens. The "Verified" badge indicates that the smart contract source code is verified on Blockscout, not that the token project itself has been vetted.
Token deployers who claim their listings on VYOList are responsible for the accuracy of all metadata they submit, including descriptions, website links, social media links, logos, and manually set prices. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information is prohibited. VALYGO Labs LLC reserves the right to remove or delist any token listing that contains misleading information, promotes illegal activity, or violates these terms.
Certain features require connecting a Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). When you connect your wallet, VYOList reads only your public wallet address. We never request, access, or store your private keys. All signature requests are performed client-side. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
VYOList sources data from public blockchain networks and Blockscout explorer APIs. While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data shown. Blockchain data is displayed as-is. On-chain data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, indexing delays, or infrastructure maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VALYGO Labs LLC and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VYOList, including but not limited to losses from reliance on price data, token information, or any other content displayed on the platform. VYOList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You agree not to use VYOList to promote tokens associated with illegal activity, fraud, or scams; to submit false or misleading token metadata; to attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the VYOList infrastructure; to scrape data at a rate that disrupts service availability; or to impersonate another person or entity when claiming a token listing.
The VYOList name, VALYGO brand, V-mark logo, and user interface design are the intellectual property of VALYGO Labs LLC. Token logos and metadata submitted by token owners remain the property of their respective owners.
VALYGO Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VYOList at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of VYOList after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Any disputes arising from the use of VYOList shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
